We've got ourselves a crawlin' baby...

Corey is a full-on crawler these days. He can (and does) get anywhere he nees to go. He can do the sit/crawl/sit combo as well! This baby won't stop growing up!!

The Latest

Here are some photos that have been taken in the last few weeks. We have had some crazy times with a fun round of pink eye, ear infections, colds, and teething. I can't wait for the summer!! We have passed colds around all winter!

This was the first time Corey sat in the tub (instead of laying in the baby tub). He just splashed and splashed and loved it!

Last weekend, my mom, sister and I took the boys to the Lehi pool. This was Corey's first time swimming and he loved every minute of it.

Corey's First Haircut

It feels like so many milestones have been happening with the boys lately. They are growing up too fast!! That is probably why I waited so long to cut Corey's hair. It has been out of control for awhile, but I didn't want to cut off his sweet baby hair. But, it was definitely time and today I spent 30 seconds and chopped the the long, dark hair that used to be his only hair (the mohawk). Now, his hair is practically white (but still fluffy). He is cuter than ever!!

Potty Training for Tate

We officially started potty training Tate last Wednesday and things are going great!! The first day or two were rough and I didn't think it would ever happen. But, he has been in underwear for a week now and he gets to the potty before he goes pee in his underwear! It is a miracle and I am so proud of my big boy. This photo was him getting a star for the first time ever going in the potty. He was pretty proud of himself! :)

So Close To Crawling

Corey is soooo close to crawling. As soon as he is on his belly, he pops up onto all fours and rocks back and forth. I can't believe this!

I couldn't help it...

I couldn't resist dressing the boys in matching shirts and taking their pictures for Corey's 6 month shoot. Tate is not the easiest subject, but at least he is cute. He would not smile for me or sit still. Corey was sitting next to him just smiling away while Tate was being insane. What else is new..

Happy Half Birthday, Corey!

My sweet baby is six months old!! He is SUCH a sweet heart and loves to smile and do his deep little chuckles. He is known for his size and his eyes. He is a big boy weighing in at 19 lbs 9 oz and is 28 inches long. That is in the 95+% for both. He is full on wearing Tate's 12-18 months clothes. It is crazy to see him wearing the outfits that Tate was walking around in. I guess that is the good thing about having two boys. We don't have to buy new outfits that he only wears for a few weeks. :) And his eyes....he is going to be a heartbreaker. He has long long eyelashes that are black and the prettiest blue eyes (he gets those from his daddy).

He can sit up by himself now, although he still falls over every now and then. The biggest change recently is that he is trying to crawl! He can get up on all fours and sways back and forth. He has gone backwards on all fours, but hasn't really got the true crawling motion down. I can't believe he is already doing this, I am not ready for a mobile baby! And, he got his bottom two teeth last week. I almost cried when they came in because it feels like everything is happening so fast! But, as he gets older, he is more and more fun. Someone asked me today, "Is he always this happy?" He is just a sweet boy!!

Now that Christmas cards and gifts are out, I can post our family photos. We had them taken in Nov and it was freezing, so we spent about a total of 10 min doing these.

We had a fun party last night at our house. I told Tate we were having a party and he asked if there would be party hats and cake. Why not?? Except he wouldn't wear the hats. So, I put one on Corey. It was one of the most fun New Year's yet!
