Calculations

Nathan took this picture of Tate while he was home with him (I was at work). Nathan had been working on some stuff and was using the paper, pen and calculator. Nathan walked away and came back to find Tate drawing on the paper and using the calculator. I love this picture. The caption should read, "What dad? I am just doing some calculations." If he were wearing a suit, he would look just like a tiny business man. :)

Happy Love Day!!!

Happy Valentine's Day! I hope everyone has someone to love and you can give them an extra squeeze today! I have lots of love in my life. The most important are my two boys! I can't imagine loving anyone more!! I always talk about how much I love my Taters, so I will focus on my love for Nathan. This is our 6th Valentine's Day and we are so much closer than ever! It is nice to spend all my time with my best friend in the world! I love you Nathie! (I could go on all day, but if Nathan sees this he would be too embarassed.)

We went out last night to dinner and bowling. It was a lot of fun to be on a date. We always have fun no matter what we are doing!

Winter Shots

Tate and I took pictures yesterday while he was outside playing. He is growing up so fast and I hadn't gotten to take portraits of him in awhile. He looks like a child and not a baby... :(

Happy Birthday Nathan!!!!

Nathan's birthday was yesterday and it was a great day with just our little family. We hung out, had pizza, ate cake, played games and watched our shows. It was great fun!!

Nathan is the most wonderful husband and he works so hard and is such a great father. Tate loves his daddy and can't get enough of him! We sure love our Nathan!!! Happy Birthday Sweets!!

Harlem Globetrotters

We went and saw the Harlem Globetrotters in Salt Lake on Monday night. It was one of the best nights of my life!! Nathan got the tickets for his birthday and he wanted to take Tate. I was a little unsure of how well he would do, but he was a champ! He sat and watched and pointed and talked (and said, "Ball" about a million times). It was great. It was such a fun little family outing!!

Sixteen Months Old!

Tate is 16 months old and as wild and crazy as ever. He is our free (well, not really free) entertainment. He loves to put on a show (sound like anyone you know?) and LOVES an audience. He is such a little boy. He is obsessed with anything having to do with a ball. We were at the mall yesterday and he went crazy in the sports store. He didn't know what to do with himself. He was going around and touching everything saying, "Ball, Ball, Ball." It was like his personal fantasy in that store. :) Tate talks a lot now. The words he says over and over again are: Ball, Car, Mom, Dad, Go, Some, Num Num and Book. He can usually get what he wants with those words. He is constantly talking, but those are really the only words we can understand. He also will repeat the last word you say to him. He is at such a fun age and we love being able to play with him and laugh at all the crazy things he does. I love this boy!!
Tate got a new basketball hoop (it was his Christmas present- but we watited until he was a little older, more coordinated and the weather was starting to get nicer). He immediately started dunking. He is a natural... :)

Have You Missed Us?

Have you missed this face? :) It has been awhile, but things continue to be crazy busy around our house. There haven't been enough hours in a day lately. But, here are some pictures from the last few weeks.

This is Tate showing his basketball to the players playing basketball on TV. He often does this. :)

This is Tate with my mom meeting her dog, Louie. Tate hadn't really seen many dogs before.Tate and Nathan playing in the snow while Nathan was shoveling our mile long driveway.Tate was freezing (see red cold nose) but refused to go inside. This kid would get frostbite before he would come inside if I would let him...This was just too cute to not take a picture. We were helping Darren and Julie move (Nathan's brother) and Tate and Trey were having bottles together. Tate loves playing with his cousins.
