Happy 60th Birthday, Jenny!

Jenny turned 60 while we were there and my dad threw a great party. We got to see a lot of my people I hadn't seen in a long time. It was so much fun!

Cincinnati Art Museum

Gig works at the Art Museum and we went down there for 'Wee Wednesdays'. It was a really cool program where the kids got to follow a path to different parts of the museum for story time. At the end, there was a kids buffet with chicken nuggets, mac n cheese, yogurt and fruit. It was so cute!

Corey got a little restless so we had to go outside and play on the steps.

We got to see a few of the exhibits and the Nick Cave stuff was SO COOL. Loved it! Also, the Monet's weren't too bad either.

Downtown Cincinnati

We got to walk around Downtown for awhile and go see Fountain Square. I had forgotten how cool downtown is!

There was no hope of getting a photo of the boys looking. They were too focused on the fountain.

We got some hot dogs from a vendor then fed some pigeons. They were a little pushy, which is probably why there was a big sign saying "Don't Feed the Birds!"

  Jenny works in a really cool, new building downtown. We had a lot of fun going to see her building and checking out the awesome views of the Reds Stadium.

Food!!!

I was so excited to be home to eat some of the foods I really miss! We had to hit Larosa's, Skyline, Graeters and UDF at least once each! YUMMY!

I enjoyed my 3-way even though Corey was being a CRAZY person.

Katie thought it would be a good idea to get Corey a giant bowl of cheese. Nice call, Katie!

Hanging Out at Aunt Gig's House

The first full day of our trip, we went for a BBQ at my Aunt Gig and Uncle Mike's house. They have the coolest house and Mike made a DELICIOUS dinner of brats and mets and all sorts of fixings. It was so fun to see them and Grandma and Howard, Aunt Mary, Ryann and Addi. We had a great time, even though it was a little chilly that day.

Gig got the kids kites to play with and they had the best time...until Tate got his stuck in a tree.

Van spent quite awhile getting their kites to work, all while smoking a cigar.

Kentucky!

 We made the trip to Kentucky and got there in one piece. The plane ride went surprisingly well and we had no major incidents. I was so worried about it, so I was relieved that it went so well. I even had a lady write me a note on the plane about how well the boys did. :)
