Today we had a really fun work retreat. We went repelling up Spanish Fork canyon. I didn't think they were serious when they said that we would be doing this, but they were and it ended up being really fun! We crossed a river on a rope, hiked up the mountain and then repelled down it. It was alot of fun and something I didn't think I would ever do!

My mom is coming in town tomorrow and here until the 25th. If you and your momma have a free night or saturday, we should get together again like last time!
Holy crap, that was the retreat this year??? How cool and scary to, you are so awesome!!!! Great pictures and wow you guys have been busy this summer, I've been slacking on reading blogs. I'm glad you got to go to Seattle and how cool that you play softball, I never knew that! You are one awesome girl Megan and I miss hanging out with you at DCFS, although I can say I'm not so sure I miss DCFS! LOL

What?! You got to go repelling?!?! I'm so jealous, why couldn't they have done that when I was there :) You are so brave, you'll have to give me some tips, we are planning on going repelling on our cruise this December.
