I can't believe Tate is in Kindergarten! He was so excited to get everything ready. The night before we had to work on a birthday page to display in class on his birthday and a shield to tell more about what he likes to do. We included Fishing with Dad, Dressing Up, Soccer and Playing Video Games. They turned out super cute and he was really excited to bring them in.
The morning of his first day, he did so great. He wasn't nervous at all. We happened to pull up at the school at the same time as his friend Nixon so that made things easier. When we got to his classroom, they had older kids from the school waiting to show his where to put his backpack and where to sit. He just walked right in no problem! I felt a little choked up, but things were so crazy that I couldn't really get too emotional. But, he did such a great job and looked so handsome. What a big boy!!
